Liability Waiver
At Hartman Tactics (DBA of Hartman Firearm Training LLC), safety is our top priority. Before participating in any of our classes or activities, all participants will be required to sign a liability waiver. This waiver is designed to ensure that everyone understands the inherent risks associated with firearms training and agrees to release Hartman Tactics and its instructors from any liability for accidents or injuries that may occur during the course of the training.
By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that:
- Firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury from firearms, ammunition, and related equipment.
- You are voluntarily participating in firearms training and assume all risks associated with it.
- You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Hartman Tactics staff and instructors.
- You release Hartman Tactics, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the training sessions.
