SAFETY
Students are expected to follow all range safety rules without exception:
During each class, additional safety guidelines will be introduced to suit the specific facility and the level of firearms training involved. The instructor reserves the right to take necessary safety measures, including the removal of individuals from the class or firing line, if deemed essential for the safety of all participants.
In order to maintain a safe learning environment for all students, the rules will be strictly enforced.
ELIGIBILITY
Our firearms training is available to law-abiding adults who meet the legal requirements for purchasing firearms according to local, state, and federal laws. Minors aged 14 years and older are welcome to attend the Handgun Fundamentals course, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Private instruction is also available for minors, with the condition that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
While minors are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the course, including the live fire portion, please note that the instructor reserves the right to decline participation in the live fire exercises if they determine it to be unsafe or inappropriate based on the minor's behavior or readiness. This decision is made in the interest of safety for all participants.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Below is the policy for cancellations and rescheduling. My goal is to ensure fairness while also protecting the time and resources that go into preparing for each course.
Deposit Requirement
To secure your spot in the class, a 50% non-refundable deposit ($100 for a $200 course) is required at the time of booking. This helps cover material costs and guarantees your reservation. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the class begins.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you can do so at no extra cost as long as you notify me at least 72 hours before the class. If rescheduling within the 72-hour window, your deposit will be applied to the new date, provided the class is rescheduled within 60 days, depending on availability.
Extreme Circumstances
I understand that emergencies happen. In the event of serious illness or other unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to me directly, and I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule or refund on a case-by-case basis.
