Cancellation & Refund Policy
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Below is the policy for cancellations and rescheduling. My goal is to ensure fairness while also protecting the time and resources that go into preparing for each course.
Requirement:To secure your spot in the class, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This helps cover material costs and guarantees your reservation. The remaining balance of $150 is due in full no later than 72 hours before the class begins.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before the Class: If you cancel 72 hours or more before the class, you will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. If you have only paid the deposit, it will be retained, and no further charges will be made.
- Cancellations Within 72 Hours of the Class: If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the class, refunds cannot be provided. However, you may reschedule for another available class within 30 days. To avoid forfeiting 50% of the class fee, please reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.
Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule, you may do so at no extra cost as long as you notify me at least 72 hours before the class. Rescheduling within the 72-hour window is allowed, provided the new date is within 30 days of the original class, and is subject to availability. The deposit will be applied to the new date.
No-Shows:
- No-call, no-shows will result in forfeiture of the lesson or tuition.
Extreme Circumstances: I understand that emergencies happen. In the event of serious illness or other unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to me directly, and I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule or refund on a case-by-case basis.
